1. What we collect
To create your report we collect the details you enter: first name, email address and date of birth, and optionally birth time and birth city. For relationship reports we also collect the second person\u2019s name and birth details, which you confirm you have permission to provide.
2. How we use it
We use your details only to generate and deliver your personalized PDF, to send order and delivery emails, and to provide support. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Payments
Payments are processed securely by a third-party merchant of record or payment processor. We do not store your card details. The payment provider handles your payment information under its own privacy policy.
4. Analytics & cookies
We may use privacy-respecting analytics (for example Google Analytics) and advertising pixels to understand how the site is used and improve it. These tools may set cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
5. Email
Your report is delivered to the email you provide. We may send related follow-up emails; you can unsubscribe at any time.
6. Retention & your rights
We keep order data only as long as needed to provide the product and meet legal obligations. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by emailing us.
